Rusty Coins is currently in an early development stage. Everything here is to be considered proprietory, copyrighted, temporary, and in a beta testing stage.

I, Frank Davies, am the site's webmaster for RustyRabbitMusic.com and it is not itself a registerd business. I have a few 'hand shake' partners in this endevour, Bill, Blaise, Dave and Jen. My business's trade name is Delphi O.E.M. and is a sole proprietorship, having two more trade names for specific area of doing business.

It is my intention to obey all laws and regulations. However, Rusty Coins is not yet a legal entity. Upon completion of beta-testing it is my intention to register with the state and federal government to manage and conduct this as a real business.

This may depend upon my financial position to do so. As well as that of my hand shake partners or other I may elect to join with in this endevour. Given the nature of this beast to potentially go balisticly viral world wide and potentially replace all currency, My hand shake partners and I may elect to invite others including some beta-testors in forming the initial company as a legal entity.

Warning is therefore given. This could all vanish in a heartbeat if the authorities demand it, or if we fail to be able to jump all the legal hoops before us.
