Items not allowed in the store.

In becoming a member, you are agreeing to abide by these additional terms of service.

It is our intent to have our store safe for children to visit and shop in.

First and foremost:

While we require folks to be of legal age to commit to selling or buying items, almost anything intended for an adults-only market is banned. Members who list banned items, or search for banned items are subject to having their account immediately deactivated and their membership revoked. This includes losing all access to features and any Rusty Coins they have vanished.

Items not allowed:

In general:

Most anything you wouldn't want an under age person buying or posessing. Period.

Our response?

We've put in place a automatic check to block such items from being listed. It also makes a nto of it, and considers it a strike agains you. Considering this may be the system flagging such attempts, it will be an automatic three strikes and your out!
You will be removed without further recourse on that third strike, loose all access, membership and any accumulated Rusty Coins. If it's one of our adminstrators there might not be a second chance.

If you aren't sure, message us. If you get a strike, you might also want to messages us before getting that second or third one. We can review what you want to list and help get it listed despite your wording like "This record is DYNOMITE!"

Lastly, we aren't suggesting that adults shouldn't do what they want, but won't tollerate anything potentially harmfull coming to children from interacting on this site if we can help it.
